Surface Finish symbol cannot be displayed

When I open the drawing in drafting Model, and click the surface finish icon. Unfortunately, a displayed message shows me I can't use the surface finish symbol. A symbol containing only the text attributes will be created. I attached 2 Pics, FYI.
The software vision is NX7.5.
