I need help. Surfaces in SolidWorks. I'm trying to avoid calling my VAR. Could someone please point me in the direction to model this square to round panel using surfaces in SolidWorks?

I'm not 100% sure what you are asking, but see if the Lofted Surface tool is suitable.

Yeah - that's the first thing I tried - and 'in a pinch' that'll do, but it's more of a curved surface to a rectangular end. -- I did the other panel attached in that post with a simple revolve feature - but that's not right with square to round.

Okay - I'll explore that suggestion a little more - I'd been using a sheet metal loft, but perhaps a regular loft - then convert it back to sheet metal.

Thank you all - I banged my head against the wall for a little bit, then came up with the answer. A loft fill constrained by three sketches. (I gotta figure out how to do it Dan and CBL's way - so I can actually dimension the model in my drawing.)
