surface tension-two phase flow

dear freinds
i want to design pipeline for two phase flow(oil-gas) by a computer program

so the first think in such case is to find a correlation
by which one can calculate the varoius parametres

such as surface tension

im looking for a relation to calculate that parameter
and easy to use in computer program,but i dont find
any thing.

i would be thankfull if you guid me in this situation
