Dear All,
Does anyone have experience using SurTec 495? What is the best mixing ratio between SurTec 495 and sulphuric acid? Or should I only use sulphuric acid to adjust the pH? I use this chemical at a laboratory level in small quantities.

Did you buy this product or you won it at the chook raffle? In the unlikely event you bought it, how about asking the supplier or manufacturer for guidance?
Do you really believe that an engineering forum can substitute the manufacturer's knowledge?

Dear gr2vessels,
Many thank for your helpful comment. I bought this chemical (together with 650RTU and 181) and I have never used it before that is why I do not have any experience about it. I received the related TDS-s as well and I can tell You that Surtec guys are very friendly and they helped and help a lot to us. Of course I did not ask my question here for some kind of substitution, I contacted them as well. At the moment they did not add any new info compared to the TDS. Maybe I do not understand it well. TDS writes:
Application
SurTec 495 can be applied in immersion or spray application.
make-up values:
immersion
SurTec 495 50 g/l (30-90 g/l)
sulfuric acid 50 g/l (30-60 g/l)
Here it is clear for me that I need to use sulphuiric acid and 495 at a 50g/l cc level.
make-up:
Steps for make-up:
1. Fill half of the bath with water.
2. Add sulfuric acid.
3. Add the required amount of SurTec 495.
4. Fill up to the final volume.
For me this means that if I would like to prepare a 1000ml solution, then first I need to fill 500ml water, then put 100g lets say 50% sulphuric acid, then put 50g SurTec 495, and finally add 500ml water. Am I right? I am not sure about that. Additionally, they write that I need to adjust the pH with sulphuric acid.
Anyway, I will come back when I have answer from SurTec. Have a nice day,

The above approach is okay. Recommendation is to make up e.g. a 50g/l sulphuric acid and 50g/l Surtec 495 and mix them 1:1.
