SW 2009 added menus to Autocad

I installed SW 2009 last week, and it added some toolbars and menus to autocad- one is called SolidWorks and the other is called XchangeWorks. I'm not really interested in using them, I'd rather remove them because they slow down Acad's launch and open time for every drawing. How do you get rid of the menus?

This happened to me once and had to reinstall AutoCAD to fix it.
