SW 2010 - Sheet Metal Forming Tool

I am creating a custom forming tool.


Here is the result.


It sortof works, but not quite.


Is this something that I need to fix in the forming tool, or how I am applying it?

Alright, so I think I have already improved upon it, but I'm still not quite there.
Added fading radii


But I still get some funky corners on the backside.

So, sorry for the triple post, but I figured out the answer on my own. You guys are too slow.

Successfully gusseted bracket:

Or you could use the Gusset function in SW14.

Unfortunately we only have SW2010
