I can set the configuration in my VB form to the current but then after the user enters in a value in the combo box I want it to change the current configuration to reflect that value. Thanks.

I know to chage a configuration in an active part you use: Set swApp = Application.SldWorks Set Part = swApp.ActiveDoc Part.ShowConfiguration "configuration name" End Sub My problem is I want to change the configuration while in an assembly.
