SW file version 2009 vs 2010

HI, I would like to know how to convert a SW part file version 2010 to version 2009. I know it sound absurd but that really what I want. Because I bought a 2010 manual and all tutorials files are in 2010 version but my SW software is in 2009. Do you have an idea how I can do it ?

If you are on maintenance, you should upgrade to 2010, it's very nice

If you do not have SW2010 installed (nor access to SW2010), you do not have any opinions.
