SW Tools/Program for Atmospheric Vessels

Hello all,

I wonder, if there is a software (program, excell sheet, etc) which helps to design ordinary atmospheric vessels I can download (i.e. freeware, open source, etc.). It should give me a hand in determining thickness of the shell and ends and number, position and size of supports and alternatively in design of stiffening rings.
