When I set the resolution & scale to print "scale to fit", the border of my title block is cut off. I've been printing with this setting with previous releases 99, 2000, 2001... and never had a problem. Has anyone encountered this problem? I am forced to use a scale of 96% to print to tabloid.

I think this is suppose to be fixed in SP2. Which will hopefully be put back out soon for everyone to use... but don't quote me on that.

Glad to hear some one else has the same problem. When I changed from 2003 to 2004 the same thing happend to me, when I plot to our HP designjet 450 Plotter.
Role on sp2,and no I won't quote you Scott.

Still the best we forum on the Web.

All the best Jim

In your plotter advanced settings, change from auto or default scaling, to fixed (100%).

We have an HP DesignJet 500ps and also had to go to 96% on all formats or it cuts off our borders. Sounds like a pretty similar problem.

As far as SP2 it was released on 1/6/2004, we saw it and downloaded it and installed it on one (my!) workstation on 1/7/2004 and on 1/8/2004 they yanked it off the site. What it did was changed the formatting of the database file for shared Toolbox and none of the users on SP1 could access hole wizard or fasteners until we copied a backup copy in. I had to un-install all of SolidWorks, reinstall SW2004 SP0 and then reinstall SP1 which killed a good chunk of productivity (and accidentally didn't back up my personal DRWDOT and SLDDRT files which I had to recreate... ::sigh::
