SW2005 to SW2004 part file

Is it possible?

I am new to SW, and have SW2005 at home but SW2004 at school. Do I have to save in Iges of any other extension?

The best way to transfer 3D shapes between versions of SW is parasolid.

No one has a way to dial a file back one version. For a while, Baren-Boym was promising but not delivering.
