SW2010 Save as DWG & DXF

How come I cannot save SW drawings as dwg & dxf in SW2010?

I don't know why you can't; I certainly can.
Perhaps if you detail the steps you go through?

Opened my model, set lightweiht to resolve, opened drawing, made sure it's not set to lightweight, file, save as dwg or dxf to my desktop, and whammo.....nothing! I tried toggling the option radio buttons an whatnot, and still nothing. Even tried a single sheet template, and still again nothing.

Just found out I can't even open dwg's and dxf's.

I have not tried it yet, will do this morning.
I know you can select a face on a part, right-click, save as DXF.
