SW2011 Paste (Ctrl V) Problem In Drawing?

Anyone here experiencing a glitch where Ctrl V doesn't work the first time it is used?

When in a Multi-sheet drawing, using Ctrl X to cut a Detail View from one sheet and Ctrl V to paste it into another sheet, the Ctrl V doesn't work the first time, but will the second time.

Has anyone else experienced this, or can test to confirm?

Just drag the Detail created on the sheet needed, avoid the Ctrl V
