SW2012 Sheet Metal Forming Tool Feature Location

I am trying to locate the wire pass-thru forming tool feature on the selected face of a .047" thk. sheetmetal part. I searched here and in SW help but can't find more detailed instructions as this is my first time using the tools. I can place the form onto the face. When I go to the position tab this is where I am lost. I can not set relations or dimension it to location. I have a cut extruded hole that I am trying to position it to.
