SW2013 Red Green and Blue Axis Prints 1

When printing a model view in Solidworks, the red, green and blue axis icon prints in the lower left corner. How can I hide this axis icon so that it doesn't print?

You could temporarily turn the Reference Triad off.

A macro which toggled the visibility & mapped to a key stroke could probably be made to simplify the task.
