Structural

Hello guys

at the moment I am working with the structure that seems to be sway sensitive. There is an 2x2 m elevators shaft, 5 stories height, each 3m height, consisted of steel beams and columns. Also there are tensile flat plate bracing. Tried to put other type of bracing, x hollow section bracing but it seems like it is not working that way. Elevator shaft is loaded only with wind lateral loading which is max 5,71 kN on the every top of the structure and it gets minimized on the lower levels. First two levels are to be inside the existing building which means they are not even affected by any lateral loading but I am still getting sway sensitive structure with any type or size of bracing. Any suggestion how to avoid sway sensitivity for a structure like this? While accommodating vertical loads, vertical/horizontal bearing elements (columns and beams) are having small utilization (around 5%) hence in that manor I think they can accommodate second order effects but still I would like to avoid that calculation and second order effects check.

Elevator shafts are normally connected to the building structure for lateral support. There should also be some lateral loads due to the elevator operation.
