Sweep not working. Trajpar failing? 1

Hi.

Can someone please take a look at the attached file? I work with relations and trajpar frequently, but this one just won't work for some reason. It seems that I have everything set up properly but the feature that gets generated SHOULD be a long rectangular protrusion with one curved side, instead of a long slender rectangle with no curve. I have tested the relation in vb6 and the math is correct. The relation appears to be fed all of the required parameters successfully, but it seems that trajpar is not counting from 0 to 1, but instead staying at zero.

Maybe I'm just tired, but I am out of ideas.

Cancel that. Stupid error on my part. I was using a Sweep instead of a Variable Section Sweep. Had to get away from it for a while to straighten my head out.

Was it the Constant Section option instead of Variable that was checked off in Variable Section Sweep (VSS).
It seems you were creating a CSS (Constant Section Sweep or Cascading Style Sheet).

I'm still waiting for the genii (geniuses) @PTC to add the close open section and extend to boundary options of Old School Sweep (OSS) into the Variable Section Sweep (VSS). Most of what Pro/E requires VSS for, can be done by SolidWorks' basic sweep function.

Did you start using Pro/E before the Wildfire's were burning? I could look at your profile but filling those out is discouraged by the admins here.

Well, I'm in pre-Creo Creo v5, and I basically made the mistake of using a Sweep instead of a VSS. So when the section wouldn't change shape I was scratching my head for way longer than it should have taken to figure out the problem. Tired, I guess.

Yah, there are a number of things in Creo that boggle my mind as to how deficient they are. Really simple things sometimes, that would be very easy to add.

I started learning ProE back around 2000i2.
