Sweep Problem

See attached file for sweep. The problem lies where the sweep goes around and down the short vertical step. I would like it to go around the perimeter keep the same profile shape and remain normal/parallel to the xy and yz planes if possible.

You cannot use a circular spine for that operation, edit the sweep operation and choose boundary.4 as spine. You will see some areas with cusps (the section is bigger then the radii) but you can tweak some of them by moving the limiting curves to redefine the transition, but on the vertical dive I would use "add cutter" and cut out and area and fix it afterwards
 
Thanks Azrael, have tried your suggestion and cannot get it to work, we have the YM2 license so that could also be a slight handicap. Any way I am going to have to build this manually using offset surfaces and trimming; but it would be nice to have a method of doing this kind of a sweep, as it would save a whole lot of time.
