Iam trying to sweep a simple profile around a some what complex curve. I have tried all type of variations with in the sweep menu and even added additional guide curves to assist the profile sweep. The sweep still does not come right towards the end of the path. If anyone would be interested in helping me let me know. I can send them a sample of the part in question. Maybe we could use messenger to walk thru the problem. Thank you

I'll take you up on that when time permits. You can find a suitable email address for me at the Contact page of the site listed in my signature.

I have a feeling you might be making a bend in your path that has too small a radius for your profile to fit within--meaning your profile stretches beyond the centerpoint of your small path radius somewhere, causing a self-intersection that cannot be figured out.

Here is a trick I did that works well with complex several paths.
Create the start sketch and extrude a small distance. Do the same for the other end. Create your guide curves. Then do a loft off one end (surface), using the guide curves, up to the other end (surface). I hope this amkes sense, but works for me. I use this technique alot for shrink tubing around a bundle of wires.
