Swimming pool inside the apartment edge’s removal

I started working on this project recently
I met the owner and he asked me to lower this swimming pool edges, what’s the best solution to lower the edges? Keep in mind it’s reinforced.

Electric percussion/chipping hammer, concrete track-saw, hand-held ring-saw...lots of options. The correct tool depends if they want to remove 2" or 20" of height.

Very small swimming pool - more like a big bathtub.

Has the suspended floor system been designed for the added loads of the pool/bath?

Saw it to the level he wants.

Cutting the reinforcing should not be an issue structurally speaking.
