Switching Between part in NX11 1

we are having issues switching between parts in NX. The CTRL+Tab does not work. Also using the "Window" to toggle to different parts also does not work. We are using a custom setup so I am thinking it is something in this customization. The Out of the box NX11 CTRl+Tab does work. What area should I be looking into to get this working again? Thoughts? Thanks

Found the Issue. We had this in the following custom .men file We deleted this and it works. Thanks
