! Symbol near to the name file 2

Hi,
what does it means the symbol indicated by my attached image ?
How can I resolve it ?
I tried with 'Update for External Change' and show me where is the problem.
Resolved, but the symbol remain.
Using the 'Update for External Change' is very very slow.
Exist a command that indicate me where are the problems ?
