If you just want to do a coordination study, Siemens seems to have a free Software tool called EasyTCC, but it can only do the coordination study within Siemens product family.

Forgot to mention, if you are looking for a similar software tool, my advise from my 5yrs SynerGEE modeling experience is to stay away from it, go for CYMDIST - a product of CYME family.
