When calculating a system curve, can you characterize a bunch of parallel pipes as one pipe, and if so, is the pressure drop of the model pipe the sum of the pressure drops across the real pipes, or the common drop across the real pipes?

if the pipes are in parallel you will not add the drops. You do not give enough information to solve or model. Where do parallels lines go, the same place? to differnt places?

I'll assume the lines end up at the same place. In which case each lines flow will be adjusted to get the same exacate pressure drop.
