IS THERE A REFERENCE BOOK OR SOURCE WHERE I CAN GET A SOME SORT OF FAILURE HISTORY OR FAILURE PROBABILITY OF DISTRIBUTION EQUIPMENT SUCH AS PADMOUNT SWITCHES/POLES/TRANSFORMERS ETC..

Suggestion: Nowadays, the reliability software have libraries with probabilities of failures needed for reliability analysis.
