T23 allowable stress acc. to ASME II part D

Dear All
could you be so kind and help me in following problem. We have to use seamless tubes T23 which are listed in material specification ASME II part A SA-213. But we can't find specified allowable stresses in ASME II part D table 1A. Without these values we can not perform strength calculations.

Use the ASME Code Case 2199-5 for this material, it has ststed allowable stress values.
