table cell shading

In NX Drafting using either the Tabular note or Parts List command I can change the colour of text and the border of a table cell but is it possible to change/create cell colour shading (ie the area enclosed by the cell border) in a table?

That's not an option with either Parts Lists or Tabular Notes.
