table has undesired autoformat 1

First off I am using NX 7.5 and I have a tabular note and I want one of the cells to display "00" (two zeros). Instead of displaying the two zeros it displays a "-". I am sure this is a simple fix, but I can't seem to find it. I have attached a small photo of the problem.

Select the 'cell', press MB3 and select 'Style'. In the 'Cells' tab, change the 'Display Numeric Zero' option to 'Zero' from 'Dash(-)'.
