Table with frame Forces and section Dimensions

Hello guys,
Im facing a problem in Sap2000 V14. I would like to output a special table to Excel from Sap2000. I want this table to include Frame Forces and section Dimensions of each frame. I'm free to do it with VBA or Sap2000 and. Do any of you guys know how to do it?
