Tabular note in NX8 1

Hello

I have to built a new drawing sheet from the new tools of NX8. First I've created the borders and zones, before using Title Block command to construct a customized title block I draw it by Tabular note. I`ve made four independient tabular note in the same sheet, but that four tabular notes have to be attached. How I can I do that? If I move a tabular note with the mouse to join to another tabular note it have not accuracy. Has Nx8 a command to attached tabular notes in the same drawing?

Can you rmc (right mouse click) on the tabular nore border and go to Origin ?
If you can then go to Point Constructor and then the pull down menu.
