I am trying to take a sample of molten glass from a furnace using some high temperature metallic hose with some sort of vacuum sampler to draw the glass out. The temperature of the glass is 1100 degrees Celcius. Has anybody ever heard of such a thing before or know of any better ways I could go about doing this?

Limiting conditions are the hole at the top of the tank I need to enter through is only 15mm wide, and the distance from the ceiling is only 50cm whilst I need to reach 1.5m down into the tank to obtain a sample (which is why I am using a flexi hose).
