Tangent Edge with Font printing issue

I like the fact that tangent edge can be displayed with their own font. The problem I have is that when I print the part, the line size is different on the printout than it is on the screen.
By size I mean the spacing between the dots in a dotted line for example.
(to show those lines I right click on the view and select Tangent Edge->Tangent Edge with Font)
Note: I am using SolidWorks 2001 SP9.

Try going to Document Properties, Line Font and see what Style and Thickness Tangent Edges are set to.

The line font is set to Phantom and it is still Phantom on the printout.
But here is how the line shows between two edges:
On the screen: |----- - - ---- - - ----|
On the printout: |-------- -- -- --------|

When I print to Full Scale the Phantom lines display correctly. But when I use the Scale to Fit option they all blow up to double the size. Again by size I mean the spacing between the dots, not the line weight.
This becomes a problem when the Phantom lines are so large that it is hard to differentiate the Tangent Edges form the rest of the part.
