How can I fit a tanget into a function?

I need the red line in a function.

If you fit a cubic spline to those 5 points, you have a cubic polynomial for the curve on both sides of that point.
You can differentiate either of those cubic polynomials to find dy/dx as a function of x, and then plug in your x value.
