tangent line & 2 circles 1

How do I draw a tangent line connecting 2 circles with different diameters?

This is how I would do it: Start drawing your line, and when it prompts to "Specify first point", type "tan", then select the first circle. Repeat this with the second circle when prompted to "Specify next point".
