I have a fabric tank outside with dimensions of 25' x 65', which I fill to 62" of height with water, this amounts to ~50,0000 gallons. The material has a thickness of .052" and a 1" wide strip has a tensile strength of 600 lbs (I pulled a 1" wide x 6" long piece until it broke). Also, after doing a little research, the material is has a young's modulus of 25,000 psi. What is the maximum stress on this tank, and where would it be located with the given fill height?

The bottom of the tank, the joint along the left and right hand side walls will experience the most stress. (i.e. footings of the LHS, RHS walls). This will also be the same found at the front and back footings.

Determine the moment from the free surface to bottom of the tank and apply the bending stress equation.
