Hello Folks,
Im installing a tapered roller bearing "outer bearing race" 2" into a Aluminium bore that reaches 250* F and wounding how much interference to run?

It depends, in large part, whether the shaft or housing rotates, and if the loading is constant direction ( gravity, or belt drive) and if the shaft is vertical, and probably a couple of other things too.
