Tapered size calcualtion for stem choke valve

Hi frd,

My one of client has given process data and choke valve size, flow rate, pressure drop,temp for four different flow rate, pressure drop , temp. condition.

I have got CV from above data . But they wrote that " Please provide Tapered size calculation in graphical and tabular format.
So what is the Tapered size calculation .
Pleas help on that
