Task predecessor based on day of week

I have 2 task A,B. Task A is a random day that is usually forced on me one way or another. Task B is always the 1st Tuesday after Task A. Is there a way I can set up the predecessor for Task B to be the proper Tuesday date? Thanks.

Figured it out. I just made a custom calender that stated Tuesdays were the only working days and then assigned taht to the meeting task.
