Task Scheduler Question

Hello all,
I am trying out the TS for the 1st time and of course I am having difficulties

I tried printing out drawings to the printer (all "A" size / Landscape) and it is only printing the drawing border, BOMs, and title blocks....nothing else. Also, the drawings that are b,c,&d size are not being sized to fit on the "A" size format. Every drawing is blank aside from the border, BOMs, and title blocks. Same thing happens if I use the TS to export to .PDF

According to my VAR - printing larger size drawings to "A" size sheets is a currently known issue and there is no resolution yet. 3 years to solve a printing issue and still nothing. I say NO new version of SW until they fix the crap thay have been selling first. Funny, this is like some of the automobile manufacturers out there who keep selling crap that is 75% functional, keep developing new things to 75% and then release it without fixing the KNOWN issues.

Sorry for the venting but I'm not sure how much more I can stand today.
