I'm working for a Non-US car manufacture and they are using TBH instead of XYZ for their coordinate system. T is equivalent to X, B to Y and H to Z. They also have LB for -Y (Left of CL) and RB for +Y (Right of CL). Does anyone know what TBH stands for (like: ?,Berth?, Height?) and/or why it's used?

It is a German abbreviation:

T= Tiefe = Depth
B= Breite = Width
H= Hoehe = Height
