Teamcenter 8 training (from Navistar to GM) 1

Hi,

I've just started to work for a company that uses Teamcenter 8.
What's the best way to get updates about this new version?
(I used before Teamcenter 7, assignments for Navistar).
Does usually Teamcenter comes with a "Help" menu?

Hm... do you have access to GTAC, and its documentation library. There should be a "what's new" doc for TC8.
