TeamCenter Express or is there something simpler?

We are a small company with only four UG/NX3.0 Native users at this time. We are currently looking at some form of management system that will help us keep control of our growing part and drawing list. Express is diffenently a solution, but with tight budgets, is there a product that would allow us to manage the UG/NX files that would be more attractive cost wise? With revised parts on the horizon being able to tell UG/NX to load latest is the way we need to go.

My company in the UK uses PLM++Gate, provided by a German company called DSC. Check out their website :

PLM++Gate interfaces between NX and SAP, moving files from a central server to the user's workstation and back again and controlling the status of the files. Let me know if you want more details.
