Can anyone please help!!!!!

We are currently using Ideas and are switching over to Nx 6. We are using Teamcenter as our data managment system. The problem that I am having is that when I check in a part or assemblie going from Rev 'A' to 'B' the BomView Revision is staying checked out for revision 'A'. I have tried to check it in, and have also tried to Cancel the Check out. It always gives me an error "No instances were found with the given name". does anyone have any ideal as to why this error could be happening?

Thank you for your time,
Curtis Farr

Now are you using a PDMwork group or a enterprise work group.

OR
you talking about the I-Deas data manager?

[ponder] Ideas, NX, Teamcenter ... Why are you asking this question in a SolidWorks forum?

The reason I asked this question in this forum is because alot of people use this program. If I put this question in more than just one forum I have a better chance of coming accross someone that may know the answer.

I am using the I-deas data manager.

In these fora, you also stand a better chance of having duplicate threads removed.
