Teamcenter Visualization - 3D Spaceball 1

Hi,

I got a new position.
The Teamcenter Visualization that I was assigned to work on doesn't have the option for handling 3D spaceball (like other previous Teamcenter had).
The "Concept" button doesn't contain the options for that.......

Is there any way to fix this issue?

In Teamcenter Visualization , the license level is the key to if the Spaceball works or not...
i.e
Teamcenter Visualization Base does not "support" Spaceball.
Teamcenter Visualization Standard does not "support" Spaceball.
Teamcenter Visualization Mockup does "support" Spaceball.

The "Concept" is an addon to the Mockup, the scope is presentations with or without VR mode.

On my previous job, I was able to use my Catia spaceball on VIS Mockup.......
At the moment, it doesn't!

In the image, you are not running Vis Mockup but Vis Base, and then the spaceball does n....
I agree fully, we are not happy with this decision from Siemens to exclude the spaceball from less expensive versions of Teamcenter Visualization.
