A quote form an add for a position as a Senior Unix Systems Engineer in Sydney (The Australian, Feb. 19,2002). The ad states:
"Critical success factors in this role include teamwork, strong verbal and written communication skills and client relationship skills."
I would appreciate any input on why theses factors are neccessary or any sources where you can get this kind of info from.
