Technical inquiries for BPV Code Cases

Where can technical inquiries / interpretations for Code Cases be send to? The current CC I own (2017) says;

Submittal of Technical Inquiries to the Boiler and Pressure Vessel Standards Committees has been moved to the front
matter. This information now appears in all Boiler Code Sections (except for Code Case books) .

The issue I found is that there seems a typograhical error in CC2775, which is found upon comparing it with CC2776. CC2275 is about N06230, whereas CC2776 is about N06617. However, CC2775 calls for N06617 in its Inquiry question.
