Hi...I am preparing information to write a paper about Reverse Osmosis - Juice Concentration. I have been face basic questions, but wich one must be considered during this work. I have had questions about right technical terms for this process. For example:

a) Flux --- Can I use to describe (L/h.m2)? Only??
b) Flow Rate--- Can I use to describe concentrate flow...(cubic meters/hour)?

PS: I believe you can perceive english is my second language...

Thanks in advance,

Flux rate is usually expressed in gallons per square foot of membrane area per day (GSFD). So, in metric terms, liters per square meters of membrane area per day would also make sense.

Thank you...I am gonna use flux (L/hour*m2) and flow rate for permeate and retentate flow (cubic meter/hour)..
