Teflon Grease

I'm looking for a grease with at least 10% Teflon, preferably much higher that is compatible with Aluminum and polymers like Viton and Buna. We have found a grease that fits this bill but it 's very expensive, $21.00/ounce. Just to make things even more difficult, I can’t use a silicone based grease.

Here are three website that may have what you need. There are a bunch of merchant grade greases that have a small percentage of Teflon. It has been my experience that they are not very effective. Good greases and oil are expensive.

Here is one teflon grease that worked well for me. I use this grease on all my saltwater reels.
I had forgotten about it as its' been awhile since I greased the reels.

In particular, Fomblin (RT 15, but there are many other grades...) is the PTFE Grease we use.

A Fluorinated Polyether Greases that are used for lubricating o-rings including o-rings made of silicone and fluorosilicone rubber for aerospace and military pneumatic systems is one that called Tribolube-XX (I have used Tribolube-16) made by the Aerospace Lubricants, Inc. company and meet MIL-PRF-27617.
