TEMA A.23 TUBE LONGITUDINAL STRESS - PERIPHERY OF BUNDLE

Dear All
I am designing an S&T heat Exchanger of type BEM and i am having the Following Error on compress "TEMA A.23: Tube longitudinal compressive stress is excessive (Operating)."

what are the possible ways to eradicate this error
My Design conditions are
Shell side:
Design Pressure : 77 bar(g)
design Temp: 85 degree C
MDMT: -29 Degree C
MMT: -3.55 Degree C
material: carbon steel (SA 516-70)

Tube Side:
Design Pressure : 77 bar(g)
design Temp: 85 degree C
MDMT: -29 Degree C
MMT: 35.01 Degree C
material: carbon steel (SA 179 Seamless tubes, SA-266 grade 2).

Thanks for your precious suggestion i think the error is still there i think an expansion bellow shall be used to avoid this error or we can ask client to revise MMT what you say?
