If inlet gas of compressor increase than design
What would be effect on operating point and power of compressor?
If we remove the insulation of 500m long line of compressor inlet gas it would be helpful?

Dynamic compressors (Centrifugal and turbine) are volumetric machines, so anything you do to the inlet conditions that increases density will increase power consumption.
Density changes impact performance in a manner similar to inlet valve position changes.

(Ref Removing insulation in an attempt to adjust inlet conditions could create unintended adverse conditions. Stay within the bounds of the compressor design or consult with both the process engineer and the compressor manufacturer.

yes agree
what about inlet temperature increses than design effect on power because density is reduced

For dynamic compressors
If temperature is the only inlet parameter changing
An increase in inlet temperature decreases density. Massflow and power will reduce.
